My personal favorites are the GIS In Education segment (where you can see 2 awesome students from Maryland, their teacher, their Geomentor, and our colleague Charlie Fitzpatrick), and Dr Smits presentation about the palm oil plantation situation in Borneo, but there are *many* other gems here that you could use for teaching about geotechnologies and society.
